Helpful owners and comfortable quiet room.
My boyfriend and I attended a meeting at Santa Clara auditorium
This was the only motel available in the area for the 2 nights we needed. The motel was old, run down but as clean as it could be for its age. The tv reception was terrible. The toilet seat was loose and scary!
This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff was unprofessional. The hotel smell made me sick. The room was dirty (carpet was black from filth, it smelled so bad, the shower had mold and mildew on the shower curtain and all over the bathroom, no light in the bathroom, the blackets on the bed had holes in them, the only ice machine was broke). I sat in the stained chair all night because I was afraid of what I would catch from the bed. This place should not be in business and Orbiz should not be advertizing this place. They should be shut down due to health hazards. I cancelled the other 3 days I had booked there. The manager seemed unconcerned when I voiced my complaints and already had Booked.net phone number in his phone. The doors to the office were locked when I got there and when I left. The manager answered the door without shoes and looked like he just got up. Wouldn't be surprised if they rented by the hour if you know what I mean.
Convenient location and attractive price
Breakfast was pretty sparse. The room was reasonably roomy. In-room wireless worked, although it was very slow. General appearance is that the motel is getting old and is a bit shabby in places. The front desk staff were very nice.
I liked the value. The room was clean and comfy. Hotel staff was friendly and attentive. Check in and out took five minutes. Great location. Fresh bananas and muffins and danishes for breakfast.
The room was ok for the money. Room was clean and the bed was fairly comfortable. Lots of features for the price - iron, coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator
No wireless connection - deadbolt didn't work on the door
